POLICY

When booking in with Ink Statement, you are agreeing with our policies that is displayed below.

BOOKINGS: 

All bookings must complete our online consultation form before securing an appointment.

For insurance/legal purposes, age proof identification is required.

BOOKING FEES:

A $100 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. When booking your touch up appointments, that also requires a booking fee. The fee will go towards your total cost of service. The booking fee is non-refundable.

RESCHEDULING:

If for any reason you cannot attend your appointment and wish to reschedule, 7 days notice is required to reschedule your appointment. If 7 days notice has not been given your deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee and another booking fee will be required to reschedule. If you do give 7 days notice and don't reschedule your appointment your deposit is still non refundable, it will go on your file as a credit to use at a later date.

CANCELLATION:

If you cancel on the day of your appointment, no matter of the reason, your booking fee will be forfeited. If you wish to rebook, another booking fee is required. 

If you arrive at your appointment with a conflicting issue with the procedure, the deposit will be forfeited and the appointment will be canceled.

NO SHOWS:

If you no show your appointment and no notice is given, you will be charged 100% of the appointment. All services are subject to an increase in price at any time. You will pay accordingly to the amount the procedure is when booked.

LATE ARRIVALS:

We understand that things can happen but unfortunately if you are late 15 minutes or more, you will need to reschedule. Resulting in being late, your booking fee will be forfeited. If you wish to reschedule, a new booking fee will be required. If you know you may be late, please private message Taleah on instagram @inkstatement.

TOUCHUPS:

Touch ups are not included in the initial appointment pricing. Touch up pricing can be found on our price list page, pricing ranges depending on how long after the last session it is booked.

If you book the incorrect time frame, it will be changed on the booking system and you will be charged the correct time frame. To make sure you are prepared for the total amount, you can find your appointment details on the booking system.

All services provided are non-refundable.

If you breach the policy, arrive with a contradiction, or pay a deposit before reading through the website and you have a contradiction, your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment will be canceled.
